Submission of a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and acceptance by glacier-sage.
To rent a vehicle from glacier-sage, you must:
glacier-sage reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these requirements or whose driving record indicates unacceptable risk.
Booking requests submitted through our website initiate an enquiry process. Upon receiving your request, we will verify vehicle availability and respond via email within one business day.
A binding rental agreement is formed only when you receive written confirmation from glacier-sage and complete the required documentation, including signed rental agreement and proof of insurance.
All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but rates quoted in your booking confirmation will be honored for that specific reservation.
Payment is due prior to vehicle collection unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit card, and major credit cards.
A security deposit may be required at time of collection, the amount of which will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled collection time incur no penalty. Cancellations between 24-48 hours before collection are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of collection or no-shows are charged the full rental amount.
Rented vehicles may only be operated by the named driver on the rental agreement or additional drivers explicitly authorized in writing by glacier-sage.

Renters are responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, up to the excess amount specified in the rental agreement.
glacier-sage maintains comprehensive insurance on all fleet vehicles, but renters must provide proof of their own valid motor insurance as a condition of rental.
Renters are liable for all parking fines, traffic violations, congestion charges, and other penalties incurred during the rental period.
