Booking Data: Name, email address, rental dates, vehicle preferences, and delivery location. This information is necessary to process your rental request and coordinate vehicle handover.
Driver Verification: Driving licence details and proof of insurance. Required to comply with vehicle rental regulations and insurance requirements.
Technical Data: IP address, browser information, and website interaction patterns. Used for security monitoring and service improvement.
Right to Access: You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide this within one month of your request.
Right to Rectification: If any personal information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request corrections.
Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations for financial and insurance records.
Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit how we use your data while disputes or inaccuracies are resolved.

Booking records and financial data are retained for seven years to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements. Driver verification documents are deleted six months after rental completion. Website analytics data is anonymized after ninety days.
Your personal data is stored exclusively on servers located within the United Kingdom. We do not transfer data outside the UK or to international third parties.
We do not use automated decision-making processes or profiling that would produce legal effects or similarly significant impacts on data subjects.
Personal data is protected through encrypted transmission (TLS 1.3), secure server infrastructure with restricted access, regular security audits, and staff training on data protection protocols.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by UK GDPR. Notification will include the nature of the breach, likely consequences, and measures taken to address it.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have not complied with data protection laws.
